This PowerAdvantage Rewards Program (referred hereafter as the “Program”) has been created for Eaton Industries Pty Ltd (referred hereafter as “Eaton”). The Terms and Conditions set out below govern the Program. Eaton reserves the right to amend, vary, replace or cancel any of the Program rules without prior notice to a Participant and a Participant is deemed to have express knowledge of and be bound by such amendment, variation, replacement or cancellation.
The Program is managed by MMI Motivforce Marketing & Incentives Ltd (“MMI”)
Administrator(s) are Eaton’s representative(s) who have been authorised by Eaton to administer the Program A Participant (“Participants”, “Participant” or “You”) of the Program is a member whom Eaton has added to the participant database, or has registered (if applicable) and been accepted by Eaton for the Program.
Duration
The Program is a rolling program with no fixed end date. However, Eaton reserves the right to terminate this program at any time without prior notice to Participants.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the Program, you must be registered to the Eaton Partner Portal. If you are unsure whether you qualify, please ask your Eaton Representative.
If you qualify as Eaton’s designated reseller within one month from the date of selling Eaton’s products, you can participate in the program and the aforesaid sales amount can be converted to points under the Program Rules.
Participants agree to read, understand and accept the Program Rules.
Sales Claiming
Eaton Reward participants are awarded points for selling eligible Eaton products. These sales must be claimed via the ‘Claim a Sale’ section here on the Eaton Rewards site within the appropriate deadlines shown. Please note that Eaton Reward participants are responsible for claiming sales accurately and in full.
All new sales/invoices for the eligible products will automatically be imported from the Eaton Distributor Sales Out Reports (DSR/SAP Report). New sales/invoices will be uploaded after they have been validated by Eaton.
Certain products will not be loaded in the Sales Claiming system and may require the participant to provide specific details about the customer sale in order to obtain points and or incentives for that sales activity.
New sales/invoices will be uploaded on the 15th of each month for the previous month's invoices sales. These invoices will remain available for claiming for on the website for thirty (30) days from this uploaded date
Cooling off Period
Sales Claiming points are not credited to a user’s account in real time. There is a 7 calendar day pending period where participants can Unclaim a sale/invoice. After the 7 calendar day pending period, a claimed sale/invoice and associated points will be credited to the user’s account balance.
Sales/Invoices can only be unclaimed if the points associated with the sale/invoice have not yet been awarded to an account.
It is not possible to Unclaim a sale/invoice if the pending time period has expired and the points have been awarded.
Once the invoices for a month have been removed from the Eaton Rewards website, participants will no longer be able to claim them.
Eaton reserves the right to conduct an audit of all sales/invoices claimed or registered in Eaton Rewards.
Compliance
If selected for audit, a confirmation email will be sent from service@eatonpoweradvantagerewards.com to the email address in the participant’s profile. The participant will have up to 10 business days to provide the required sales validation as per the email instructions or the sales/invoices shall be deemed invalid and no points will be awarded. There will be no extensions or exceptions granted.
Participation in the Sell and Earn offering shall be deemed agreement to submit to this audit procedure at reasonable times during regular business hours. This agreement does not constitute agreement to disclose any end-user pricing information.
Non Complying participants will forfeit any existing point balances, will be removed from participation in the offerings and will be ineligible to participate in future Eaton offerings.
Points Transfers
Eaton Reward Points can be transferred from one participant’s account to another if the receiver is part of the Eaton Rewards program and an employee of the same Business Partner firm.
Claiming Rewards
Participants of the Program can claim rewards at any time during the duration of the Program.
Eaton reserves the right to request additional documentation in order to process and/or pay a particular claim. Failure to comply with requests for additional information and/or failure to provide the requested documentation will result in a Participant’s removal from the Program.
Recovery
Eaton reserves the right to reclaim and/or recover any points or the equivalent cash value of rewards should a Participant overstate sales or performance.
Annual Fees
There are no fees to register for this Program.
Points Accumulation
You can view your points’ history information by accessing the Program site and selecting the My Account link from the left navigation bar. The My Account page will show you when and how many points you have accrued. My Account also highlights when and how many points you have redeemed (spent) over the life of the Program. Eaton reserves the right not to disclose how the points are formulated for each eligible product.
Point accrual is limited to standard pricing and the products sold to Eaton’s Premium and Authorised resellers. The following are not eligible for points:

Points Expiration
The Eaton Program requires a minimum of one (1) sale to be transacted throughout a calendar year, that is from January 1 to December 31, to ensure Reward Points remain in the user’s account. If a sale is not transacted throughout this period, then any Reward Points allocated during the Program, will be expired on December 31 of each calendar year.
Calendar year: 1st January – 31st December
Reward Points currently in a user’s account will be expired at the end of the calendar year.
To ensure Reward Points are not expired on December 31, users must complete a minimum of one(1) sales transaction throughout the same period, that is, from January 1 to December 31.
If a sale is not completed by December 31 users will have until March 31 of the following year to redeem their reward points otherwise their reward points will be forfeited.
Reward Points for users that have met the minimum requirement of one(1) sale throughout the current calendar year, will remain available for redemption throughout the following program year.
Notice and communication
When you first register you’ll receive an email that confirms your registration. Throughout the Program, you may receive emails regarding important information about the Program. Emails may include:
Points Redemption
Points accumulated by Participants may be redeemed at any time through the program. Eaton expects Participants to redeem their own points. Should another person redeem the Participant’s points without consent, neither Eaton or MMI will be accountable for this fraudulent activity
Any falsification of a claim form automatically eliminates the individual from the Program.
All Rewards are subject to availability and some restrictions may apply. Eaton and MMI reserve the right to modify the Rewards redeemable at any time without notice · Points accumulated are not exchangeable for other Rewards nor are they refundable, replaceable, or transferable for cash or credit under any circumstances
Eaton reserves the right to make corrections or adjustments, if necessary, to reward points balances, for audit purposes
Duplicate claims will not be processed nor will Eaton allocate claims among multiple participants
Termination from the Program
If Participants are terminated from the Program for any reason, Participants will only be eligible for rewards earned during the Program up to the termination date. Rewards must be redeemed within a month of termination and any outstanding points will be forfeited.
Tax Liability
Any liability for fringe benefits tax imposed on rewards under this Program will be the responsibility of Participants. Any liability for other Commonwealth, State or other taxes will also be the responsibility of Participants. MMI can provide a history of redemptions and invoices if required.
Disputes
Any decision made by Eaton on a point of dispute in relation to this Program shall be final and binding.
Rewards
Certain conditions may be enforced by the relevant suppliers for travel-related rewards (for example, time of travel). If an advertised reward is unavailable, every endeavour will be made to supply you with a substitute of equal value determined by MMI in conjunction with Eaton. Alternatively, you may be allowed to select another reward.
The Rewards may change at any time. Eaton reserves the right to raise or lower the amount of points required, to remove or substitute any or all rewards contained in this catalogue at its discretion. Eaton reserves the right to modify the terms of this offering at any time.

Eaton and MMI recommend that Participants under this Program take out appropriate insurance at their own expense when claiming rewards. Such insurance may include, but is not limited to, transit, travel and delivery insurance.
Disclaimer
Eaton and MMI reserve the right to vary, alter or amend any or all parts of the Program at its discretion without prior notice to Participants.
This is a restricted rewards Program and bears no relation to any aspect of any other rewards scheme that is currently in operation.
General
The Program rules are part of the Program. It is your responsibility to read and understand them. Accrued Points are not the property of Participants. Points accrued by Participants are for Participant’s benefit only and may not be transferred to anyone.
Eaton and MMI reserve the right to send information to Participants registered in the Program about their account and changes to the Program from time to time.
Eaton and MMI reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Program at any time, without notice.
Eaton and MMI reserve the right to change the Program without notice. Such changes may include, but are not limited to, the terms and conditions, annual fees, points conversion rates, and points required for redemption.
Participants known to be engaged in inappropriate activity will forfeit accumulated points at the discretion of Eaton and MMI. Inappropriate activity may relate to accumulation of points, method of purchase, or any other activity deemed inconsistent with the nature and intent of the Program,
Eaton and MMI’s failure to enforce a particular term or condition does not constitute a waiver of that term or condition.
Participants are responsible for complying with their own company or organization’s policies regarding the programs. Participants are solely responsible for notifying their employer, principal and/or client of any Points awarded.
Eaton has the sole discretion to interpret and apply the Program Rules, and all questions or disputes regarding the Program Rules will be resolved by Eaton at its sole discretion.
